At Evolve DPT, we work to provide a personalized level of Physical Therapy care, in order to better serve the unique needs and goals of our patients. We provide comprehensive physical examinations that include an evidence based differential diagnostic process, quantifiable strength and movement system screening, and assessments focused on how our patient’s movement is impacting their symptoms.
Our treatment plans focus on developing movement pattern corrections as a means to promote long term wellness, rather than managing episodic care.

Our Model
Evolve DPT provides self pay Physical Therapy and Video Movement Analysis services. We provide fully one on one patient care, and our approach includes multi body system movement screens, not diagnosis or body part specific examinations.
Allie and Ivan created Evolve DPT as a means to fulfill our goal of providing an expanded and personalized level of Physical Therapy care, in order to better suit the needs and goals of our patients.
Sharing a mutual appreciation for the importance of helping correct the movement patterns of our patients, we have created treatment strategies built on long term movement correction, in order to provide our patients with long term success.
Evolve DPT has been possible due to support from our parent company, Gaspar Physical Therapy. Through the learning of our mentors, we have been able to create a unique practice within the Gaspar community.
Gaspar DPT has been providing multi-specialty physical therapy care in North County San Diego for over 30 years. Gaspar DPT emphasizes patient centered care, mentoring new clinicians and advocating for patient needs.
Evolve DPT is proud to partner with San Diego Orthobiologics Medical Group (SDOMG), creating a collaborative environment dedicated to comprehensive, patient-centered care. Located within the same clinic, SDOMG features a highly experienced team of regenerative medicine physicians specializing in non-surgical treatment options for orthopedic conditions, including spine and joint pain.
For more than 25 years, the physicians of SDOMG have served the San Diego community with innovative, evidence-based therapies designed to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.
